Sourcing standards
Our guides are researched against primary sources: Singapore statutes on Singapore Statutes Online, guidance published by the Family Justice Courts, and official information from government agencies including MSF, the Legal Aid Bureau, HDB and the CPF Board. Each substantive article lists its sources.
Updates and corrections
Articles display the date they were last updated. When the law changes materially, affected guides are revised. If you believe something on this site is wrong or outdated, contact us. Corrections are made promptly once verified against primary sources.
What we will not do
- Present this site as a law firm, or imply that lawyers produced or reviewed content unless a named, licensed practitioner genuinely did. Where an article has been reviewed by a practising lawyer, we name them and their practice on the page.
